While poker tournaments on a cruise ship are not a new thing, WPT is creating a new experience aboard the luxury cruise ship Virgin Voyages, Valiant Lady, for six days next year. They are offering poker tournaments at a value of $1.5 million which includes many opportunities to bring home some cash! The cruise is scheduled to depart from Miami, Florida on March 31, 2024, and land on April 6, 2024.

WPT Voyage Schedule​

• $5,000 WPT Voyage main event with a $1 million guarantee
• $1,100 WPT Prime event with a $500,000 guarantee
• $25,000 High Roller

In addition to these marquee tournaments, WPT Voyage will feature a ladies event and mystery bounty.

I actually checked it out and i looks like it will be great. The only problem for me is cost. This cruse is not cheap but the events are really on the higher side for many of us. I am sure it will do well just sad it is outside what i could afford.

Yea you generally pay twice as much for a special event cruise - I would have still considered it but apparently they are targeting high stakes players only for this event.

I have gotten naked on 2 cruises already - that is enough lol. I don't quite have the figure for it anymore at my age now anyway.
