Nevada State Ladies Championship event begins on Friday, April 21

Attention Ladies who are in the Las Vegas area or plan to visit (anyone interested in railing), the South Point Casino in Las Vegas is preparing to host the 2023 Nevada State Ladies Championship, sponsored by the Ladies in International Poker Series aka LIPS. The championship event is the headliner of the annual poker festival which runs from April 19-23, 2023. Last year's winner, Ruth Hall, plans to attend and repeat!

I have been there a lot of times but never played poker there. What part are you in?

I was at poker games around London and Nottingham. I did a lot of corporate, vip, charity and other special events. I’m sure I did a few events with members from the forum as I recall the CC emblem. Dealt a good few woman only event and a few awards also back then. I also ran a few games and was running leagues for Redtooth over a few seasons in a couple of areas.

It was, I managed to skip the hard graft getting into the scene and down to a pure chance meeting was given an opportunity to deal the WPT and it began there. Not shady but was always one to keep my head down, but poker and the crazy world I discovered when you could deal and play was off key. Most unprofessional, professional around was my motto lol.. Though my slightly unhindered, non-methodical nature is most probably why private/corporate stuff better suited me stint. 😝😅.
