I started watching but this is like watching him rehash what we've already heard. Keep the cliffs coming. Is there any new information in these?

Very interesting AMA from a former FT employee. BTW the documents posted as verification of his insider status are quite interesting. Things like Security Team documents on how to investigate and deal with fraud and collusion and stuff.
Nutshell is he says HL is semi-honest about most things and truly wasn't in a position to know much of what was going on especially after the Dublin move, but calls BS on other things such as feigning ignorance about how they were skirting banking rules. And also obviously as a senior board member he was in a position to do more to get things under control than he did.
Juanda's twitter is also hopping with him refuting some of the things HL is saying.
I didn't install anything to download them, you probably clicked on one of the big glaring paid download links instead of the usual buried free download link. Or I used a different site link -- the OP link had reached its limit for free downloads, but 2 or 3 posts in someone posted another link that worked for me. If you can't get that to work I'll find a place to put them. Can you share some details on those documents? I don't want to install the system that would allow me to dl them.
The 1st one didn't work and the sendspace is the one that was making me download something I don't want.
On the sendspace link, ignore all the big download buttons and click the link at the very bottom that says "Click here to start download from sendspace." That is a direct download link to a 7-zip archive called stuff.7z that you can unzip with the password "scumbagFTP"Can you share some details on those documents? I don't want to install the system that would allow me to dl them.
Which part(s) of the interview (if any) was the most enlightening on the events/decisions that led to the complete **** up at FTP?
But, in defense of informed opinions, that is how court cases in front of juries are decided .
Things at FT apparently, according to HL, got very tense and muddled early on after BF, and while he didn't say so explicitly, there was an inference about how that state of civility effected the events of those days. He did say that in his opinion, that civility had deteriorated to the point where little if anything could be agreed on. He did infer a damned lawyers attitude.
Cheers dj
Someone on 2p2 has also provided cliffs in this video

Just watched the last of the lederer files and then read andybloch's interview. I'm pretty confident the majority of what they said is true

I knew a bit of stuff independently and what they said mainly lined up with that (although I thought howard emphasized wrong a few times)

However the big gripe I have is both of them not realising how big of a mistake it was for ftp to accept deposits after april 15th

Also I think I have some obligation as a person/known poker player to when possible help people avoid being taken advantage of- and I messed

Up some by not trying to make more sure that ftp had the players $$. I think the owners owed this to the players more than I did obviously

Which makes it a bit extra ridiculous (although still understandable to me and definitely possible I wouldve made the same mistake) that so

Few owners were willing to step up and take board seats to provide oversight..... Sorry for all the tweets- this seemed the right place
