U.S. District Judge dismissed the class action law suit against Full Tilt and its owners/partners.
The Suit was filed under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Any news is better then no news I guess - a step forward is better then no step at all.

Ya just means the players were screwed out of money, Government still has legal action
