Everyones take on USA cracking down on poker

With the gov't stepping in and trying to tax the players after we are already getting raked from the websites what is everyones take on what should happen now? Will FTP be reopened for USA players?

We were always taxed on winnings. Not reporting earned income is always a bad thing.

As for FTP, who knows if it'll ever be reopened to ANY players. There are enough threads on this topic though so I'm going to go ahead and close this one.
