problems at 888

Good evening, I would like someone from C.C. to help me. I am having problems with 888 Poker and since it is a partner site of C.C., someone from here could help me.
My case is that I tried to make a withdrawal and it did not go through. I contacted support and they asked me to send an identification document, I sent it and I still could not withdraw.
I tried to contact support again and they told me to wait a few days. Several days have passed and I am not able to speak to a customer service representative anymore, only to the bot and my problem persists.
I know it is not a big problem, and it is not your responsibility, but if someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm guessing there's still plenty of Deposit options though. This seems to be happening more and more often at 888 these days.

What I see in the screenshot indicates that you simply do not have an available withdrawal method, i.e. you need to make a minimum deposit first. As far as I know, players from brazil often use instant payments - pix.
But in any case, before doing anything, you need to wait for a response from the official support representatives.

I've never had it either, it must be an isolated issue, I really like the site, this problem happened, but I'm sure I'll solve it soon.

888 is a good reliable site, my favourite. I am sure you will be able to get your money. But I have to say that they have a terrible customer service, and so you have to be patient and not give up. If they don't answer you for a long time, you write them again with your questions, be patient but also persistent. Once I communicated with them about withdrawing funds and for this correspondence I used the email of the support service that works in the financial direction, this is the email, I advise you to write there as well.

I could find help on their Reddit Comunity.. Although I had a hard time resolving it, at least the docs got validated. Waiting on the WD to get to my luxon account now.

Since it has been up-to-date, I am simply not able to download the software. I gave it up. Since february I have been playing on GG poker.
