Changing their voices on the phone and laughing at me.
I'm curious about the 'changing their voices'. How does this happen? Do they change their voice while on the same call with you? (ie. do they pretend it's their supervisor and change their voice to pretend they are them?). OR what exactly do you mean with the changing the voice thing?
And did they actually laugh at you? Like you could hear them laughing? (or are you assuming they're laughing?)
Personally I pray I can avoid pokersite customer support as much as possible. Generally they all suck! (some much worse than others... ie.
888 comes to mind for 'worst' and GG for 'best'). Years ago some of them were excellent but others were always garbage.
WHen (if I really have to) I'm conversing with them, I try to picture some pimply-faced 15yr. old kid who just got fired from McDonalds and now has taken a step further down the road by getting a job as a pokersite customer support rep. I often wonder if they'd be even able to communicate the weather outside or perhaps more likely that'd be a daunting task that they'd need to access their notes for. I strongly dislike pokersite customer support and dread talking with them.
My advice to you. (although it's probably too late), KEEP YOUR COOL! Treat them like your
bankroll depends on it (because it often does).
If you're nice enough to them they might even give you a free tournament ticket for all the hassles they put you through.
Worst thing to do. Threaten them with legal action. (they know you can't do squat anyways).
