Some bots are owned by poker players , some others by poker rooms . In any case it's very tough or impossible to play against AI software or bots . You cannot win against them . Only if you use dame arsenal , bots programs, real assistant etc . Maybe online poker should be renamed as scam poker , nowadays this is more true than ever

I disagree. It’s 😜 to state that so called AI bots can’t be beaten. The same is to postulate that poker rooms own bots. Yes, there are bots, but they are not smart. They don’t have brains. Yet. And don’t underestimate the effort poker rooms invest in combatting bots and other cheating endeavors. The topic is relevant though and have been discussed in other threads .

What numbers did you gather to have sure it was bots?

I just went to my Opponents list in Holdem Manager 3, then set the filter to sort by a large amount of hands like 15k, then sort by VPIP.

For example if you see 15 players(who play in the same games) with the identical VPIP, PFR, 3B, Post Flop Agg - then there is a good possibility they are bots.

Then if you want to have some real fun go to sharkscope and look and see how many tourney each of them have played and when they play. If they are playing 20 hours a day every day its likely they may be a bot.

Another fun thing to look at is which players are present when they win money.

just sharkscope them, or look in your hud records(they wont be complete, but depending on your sample size it should give you a good idea)

If you play in bigger sites like PS, PP, 888 etc you should be clean from it, however there's always the possibility. But really, if you study enough, you will still play more with human than bots and eventually reach ITM enough to earn money.

They exist but there are ways to avoid and detect them. Imo it's not that they are everywhere and completely crushing everyone.

Imo this subject gets kind of abused a lot by people who either lost money or are in other ways bitter and/or unable to progress.

In my opinion, AI no longer has a hack in the game to see opponents' cards, this is very unfair.

I honestly wouldn't know how to differentiate if it's a bot, but poker rooms work to recognize this type of activity to block their accounts.
