... I recommend to take a look at this players stats! 🙊

He only plays high stakes MTTs, rebuys frequently and is ITM around 10% of the time.

His average ROI is around -60% and the total loss sums up to 168k$ after less than 1000 MTTs. 😵

I wonder where he takes the money from. 😅

Looking at his numbers Andyreas this is ugly. Looking at his last few tournaments was interesting as well. Over 1K in buy ins via rebuys for a 3K 1st prize seems just wild to me. He has more money than I do to burn that is for sure.

Sadly he might not even have much money.
Could be in serious debt.
I knew a player in my (now closed) local cardroom who loaned a guy 500000€ in 4 years .

Do you mean it's ugly for me to look at his and share the results or his results are ugly? 🙊

I didn't think about it but that of course might be the case as well. 😯
Or he's just a rich kid burning some pocket money, we'll never know. 😅

I knew a player in my (now closed) local cardroom who loaned a guy 500000€ in 4 years .
Wow, that's hard. 😵

Those are the people that need to be protected for gambling addiction. But our politicians protect us by removing freerolls. 🤣

Absolutely . This person is lucky though that the player he borrowed money from is super rich and not too determined to get it back. I think he expects to never get it back aside from some money when the addict wins for once ( don't like to call him that but I don't know his name 😅)
But our politicians protect us by removing freerolls. 🤣
Yeah that's so ridiculous 😆😆
Our politicians at least banned all slot machines outside of casinos .
There used to be small places with slots on every corner.
And then the person who initiated the ban joined Novomatic Group which owns most slot machines 🤣🤣

Obviously for some people $191k is just pocket money. But with that being said I have to wonder, why someone keep playing high stakes MTTs with so little success. It would seem normal to either begin studying and improving your game, when you realise, you are being crushed by the competition. Or move down. Or play live poker, where at least you get the experience of interacting with other people. Or simply give up poker and spend your money on something else. But obviously its great for the game, that there are players like this. So lets just hope, its someone, who can afford the money, they spend :)

I only feel bad when my bluff is called. But even then, I knew what the risk was.

There are those millionaires (or billionaires) that plays on the high stakes cash games on casinos with the famous professional players and are losers players, so, I think it's just one of those players.

His results are ugly Andyreas. To lose so much and so badly it just seems sad to be honest.

-$168k... that's peanuts compared to lots of others.
GG seems to have the richest losing players on the internet these days. Here's just a few taken from 1 game I was watching. (one player I've checked out on there is a well-known Russian oligarch and is down HUGE amounts... can't think of their name atm). There's another guy who is a psychiatrist and owns some large well-known clinic... he was down huge as well.

Between these 4 players they are down -$4.5 Million on GG (on the day I checked... not sure how long ago that was now)

the two I covered are both well-known players and tbh it's probably better to not publicly name the players with losing stats.

Another one on Stars. This one re-set his stats. I guess he didn't want people to see how much he was REALLY down ;)

$14 avg. buyin, and down -$114,000 WOW! Maybe he should move down in buyin levels? (or move up to where they'll respect his raises??)

but on the 'plus' side..
Here's a dozen players who are all over +$1 Million profit just on GGPoker (not including their profit from all of the other poker sites)

It reminds me of the Las Vegas high rollers that know they are going to blow $50k in one weekend and don’t really care about it. I hope they can afford to lose the amount they are spending.

You would think the poker sites would have some kind of software that can recognize such recklessness. Get in touch with players & give them advice or at least limit there spending. I cannot help but think, becasue of people like this, is the reason governments take action, preventing there citizens from gambling online.

Welcome to the rabbit hole of Shark Scope! This is just the tip of the iceberg and a semi-regular occurrence. I've tagged at least 6K+ players on GGPoker based on results and I can confirm you'll see a ton of the following as you search players:

People with...
  • No significant cashes -6K+ playing microstakes over a large sample, never being profitable.
  • 1 big score that then lost it all and went deep in the red chasing.
  • An ABI of $40 or more deep in the red (-100K+) that sell most of their action at a high mark up. These are actually "up" players as they're freerolling their tournaments and making money off their rakeback. Typically they'll have won something big (again, off other people's money) early in their career and are scamming off that recognition.
  • A $200+ ABI and -200K or more, the true whales. These are rare, but fun to see, typically they're in $40+ buy-ins playing them like freerolls.
Highly recommend an annual silver subscription to sharkscope, if only for the entertainment value of seeing all these ridiculous graphs.

Keep in mind that if you win a high dollar ticket buy in redemption and play and lose, then sharkscope will penalize you and think you actually paid that buy in. When I look at my graph, it’s happened several times in which I’ve won tickets much higher than my average buy in and when I play in the mtt with my ticket and don’t cash, then it looks like I lost the money when in reality I’m only down $0 or a couple dollars

It can be seen that he doesn't live from poker, I think he wastes too much or risks for what he wins.
