People wrote in the chat that it's a good time to bluff during a bubble. Simon Wilson played aggressively at the right time. Betting on the turn is a reason to wonder if there will be an all-in.

Obviously we dont know, if DNEG was "right" in folding, since the opponent did not show, and I certainly dont think, this qualify as a unique or particularly difficult fold. In fact I probably mostly fold here myself, because the opponent can clearly have a 3 defending his BB, and at some point you need to think about, how much you are going to stick in just hoping to catch him bluffing.
