Good games to play while playing poker

Do you have (Computer/Video) Games you play while playing poker? Sometimes I find relaxed games like Teamfight Tactics or Hearthstone allow me to stay focused while not taking attention off the poker.

I have played video games while playing poker, but I kinda feel like I was disrespecting them both.

If you are playing poker for money I think it should really be the majority of your focus. Plus if you are clocking it every hand its really not fair to the other players.

If you are playing video games for fun - then enjoy them without worring about losing money playing poker. You dont want to hurt your team or your video game results.

If its a matter of not being busy enough just open more tables or play the video games on a harder level.

Definitely get what you mean, the games I am talking about are turn based or card based so there is waiting time that provides ample time to play every hand properly. I find that playing a good preflop range gives me ample time to play both - obviously not more than 2 tables. Playing TFT at diamond level so not that casual. Surely with a strong preflop strategy this isn't that challenging?

Although many people prefer to concentrate and just pay attention to poker (sometimes on multiple screens), I particularly tend to perform better when I'm doing other activities at the same time like playing another game... It seems to make poker simpler and lighter than he is...

Not bad suggestions. I’ve played old school RuneScape in the past particularly during tournaments otherwise watching some YouTube videos or streams. I think OSRS is one of few games I can manage because it doesn’t require your continued attention. Otherwise, I try to stay focused on the poker as that is when I tend to do my best.

Not sure how one has hopes of getting better at this game if you're needing to multi-task (not even multi-task because admittedly I am playing 'right now' while I write this here... this is 'multi-game').
When I'm playing poker I would personally NEVER be playing any other game besides another table of poker. I don't even like to mix different variants of poker because I KNOW I don't play optimally when doing so (ie. I don't often play a mixed game MTT at the same time as NLHE MTT's... or cash game while finishing off a schedule of MTT's). I wouldn't play a SPIN at the same time as a cash game... or a SnG at the same time as a SPIN, etc. etc. It keeps me from being focused at playing my best. Why would I want to play if I'm not giving myself a chance at playing my best? (well admittedly I will play when I'm tired but I always drop down in stakes when doing so). How can I expect to maximize ev while splitting my attention elsewhere?

Add more tables! It's that simple!

If there are lots of tables, it's only poker. And if there's only one table left, I don't play, but watch streams or movies or just listen to music.

NO. If I have time to play any other games or do anything else while playing poker that only tells me I don't have enough poker tables already open. Time open more tables.

I tend to play other stuff alongside poker or watch movies/series/anime. I mainly play tournament play lately with max 2-3 tables at a time and it gets quite boring just staring at the tables (ye optimally you should still focus just on them, but oh well hehe...) Once I hit money phase of tournaments I close up other stuff and just focus on the game.

I played wide variety of games alongside poker honestly. From those that don't require a lot of apm like Heartstone, MTGArena, EuropeaUniversalis 4, to those that do World of Warcraft, Dota 2, Diablo 4. Basically what I'm playing at that time without poker anyways.

Most often, while playing, I just surf the Internet, chating, watch short videos. I don't want to be distracted and engage in complex activities, maximum concentration still has to stay for poker.

While playing, I usually listen to the radio or listen to the news, sometimes I watch YouTube. While playing poker, I do not play other games. If I'm bored, I just open another extra table.
