Twitch is the best spot to find poker streamers.
It depends on what format you're looking at.
Also, what are you looking for in a stream?
Personally I prefer players who are communicating what their thought process is throughout the
hands they are playing. Most streamers aren't doing this or are keeping it very vague. I also choose to only follow/watch players who are actually beating the games and who are being transparent about it (ie. not blocking their stats. on
sharkscope).
Another thing to consider is, the buy-in level the streamer is playing at and if this is what you are wanting to watch. Many viewers prefer to see the streamers playing at the highest of stakes. Personally I prefer to watch streamers who are playing at the same stakes I am playing or just a notch or two higher as these are the ones I find I can learn the most from but I do make exceptions (ie. bencb when he streams on Sundays... and fwiw most other streamers that I follow don't stream on Sundays as they typically have too many tables open to be giving a commentary, following and responding to observer chat, and to be picking which table to bring into the observer's view.
I have a few favorites & a couple others I try to support to help build up their viewer base.
