Good question. So far as I know as long as you still have chips on the table you are still in the tournament. They will be taken from your stack when it is your turn for the blinds, but you aren't out until all the chips are gone. Same as if you were playing online.

You can stand up at any time, but your blinds will continue to be taken when it is your turn. But you can, for example, go to the toilet, have a smoke, have a drink and take a headache tablet. The tournament ends when you run out of chips.

you were already told above the tournament will continue until you run out of chips and you can do whatever you want this time, but I think you're asking if you accidentally quit the game and can you get back to it then yes you closed the poker tab just re-enter the game and here you are back at the poker table

Oh, I feel for you. I get major migraines, which is part of the reason I just play online lately. I can usually function enough to play on my computer even with the migraine. I think it's possible to come back to if you feel up to it eventually but every situation is different

you have the right to leave the table any time, you blinds will be automatically taken, but you can resume when you come back if you have chips.

Hi, I think if the pain is so hard I think you should leave the table because the health is more important if is manageable for you, you can take a pill, leave the table to relax and come back.

I sometimes get migraines too. Everyone is different, but for me, sometimes drinking water or getting some fresh air can help my migraine dissipate. If this works for you, then great. You can get up and leave at any time. As mentioned, you'll still be in the tournament until your chips run out. Other than the forced blinds, your chips will stay the same until you return.

I suffer from Migraines as well and it happened to me in my 1st bigger-time event during the Deep Stack extravaganza in 2009. What I did was when the next 20-minute break was approaching just after I was out of the blinds and about 15 minutes before the break, I left the table and took a few migraine tables and went to a area when I could sit and meditate for a while. While I was not perfect when I got back to the table, I was feeling well enough to play poker for the rest of the session.
