I haven't heard of any changes, any bill brought up to make changes doesn't make it out of committee,
gambling is outlawed in the state constitution so unless a major national change happens
it doesn't seem likely....., of course they have other forms of gambling that are legal,
make it make sense lol👍

Technically, no... but yes, kind of. It's complicated.
The official law in Texas is that gambling and playing poker for money is illegal. But there are a ton of poker rooms in Texas who get through a loophole, and take no rake, but charge players by the seat per hour.
