Do you BYOB to poker ?

Why drink, why BYOB? I drink (trying to quit) but I can’t tell you how stupid it is to have any kind of booze during a tourney. I keep getting ITM (sober) by seeing who drinks and just waiting for them to slip (and they always do). It is absolutely ridiculous to drink at any live game Rec or Pro. If you BYOB or order booze why???

I get booze after cashing out, never during a game. And don’t try and be slick with a Coors edge or whatever lol

I always tip 5 bucks for each bottle of water I order, I’m am not trying to be a freeloader, I just stay off the booze during a tourney.

I advise everyone to stay away from drinking during a tournament.

To each his own…. Whatever a player’s preference is.. so be it. As per the last comment- you can’t BYOB into a casino lol. Home games sure - no problem.
I enjoy having a few beers at the table- I find it takes a bit of an edge off. You are there to have fun too- remember that 😉

i drink carbonated water....keeps my head clear.
Also always have a veggie snack handy.
