i´m not a professional yet, but i think it´s necessary yes to be good in mathematics to play in different levels of poker both online ou live.

i mean, it won't be harmful, but you don't have to have an academic degree in math to play poker well. The calculations are pretty basic. The most important thing is understanding the mechanics of the game, knowing GTO well, understanding how it works and knowing how and when to deviate from it correctly.
