You need to understand the game. The luck factor is the same for all. What makes the difference between a looser and a profitable player are mental attitude and knowledge. Be a decent player and don't lose money is not that hard. becoming a champion requires a lot of dedication, time and a kind of talent.

1. You need to take our free course.
2. You need to play in our freerolls and gradually improve your skills.
3. You need to be disciplined and always follow the bankroll management.

I played like a fish for 14 years, without much success on pokerstars. After I joined our Community, I made more money in tournaments than I did in the previous 14 years. CardsChat gave me the opportunity to learn from the professional players, of which there are many in our Community. It has certainly helped me to learn poker more deeply, to realize my mistakes (as well as correct them), and to make my game more disciplined and focused. :ninja:

Tight is right,
Start by playing only good hands AK/AQ AA..JJ. It can get boring waiting for them but if you have more patience than your opponents you'll get a big advantage on them.

Analyze your hands after you finish a poker session. Try to identify your mistakes and try to correct them. Increase your aggression the closer you are to the button. Attack your opponent's stack pre-flop and defend your stack post-flop.

I think you can fold when your hand doesn’t really strong , and don’t aggressively too much

Cleaning up and strengthening your preflop is one of the easiest and fastest ways to improve your overall game.It is important to remember that poker is a game of ups and downs. And to survive the downs, you need to play rationally and with a cool head during the ups.

If you don't play, you can't win.
Also, I play the same tourneys frequently, so I usually know how much time the game plays before I am in the money and I adjust my play accordingly.

I have had real good luck with doing all ins with any two face cards on a final table when I am headsup in a hand preflop.

May be you can watch poker streams from world poker series or other main events with commentators and learn something from it. How people play hands, how they bluff and so on. It can be helpful

To begin with, I think it's most useful to watch players' streams, then you'll at least start to understand something.

At first, play as instructed on instructional sites. However, if you learn something as you gain experience, you should play based on that. The rest is up to you.
