I disagree with you. This is not a typical coin flip at all, and there are all the arguments to prove otherwise. Here, our colleague has given a clear example of why this is not a coin flip.

QQ is a pair, you have all the cards except for 6 to hit and win the hand, why would you prefer another one?? hahaha

Pre-flop, **QQ is the favorite** against AK. However, AK has strong potential to improve on later streets. The specific situation (tournament vs. cash game, stack sizes, player tendencies) can influence how you play these hands, but in a vacuum, QQ has the higher probability of winning before any community cards are dealt.

I mean you have 6 outs with AKo, so basically unless its a wet flop with Broadway cards (many of which give QQ a set), your equity goes down every street

tricky combination, I like to play with QQ but I don't have much faith in AK
