Hello everyone)
How's your mood?) :hiccups:
Today I decided to pay attention to improving myself and my spiritual state.:geek:

I know that many players do not pay attention to this topic. But this post is about books, about books on poker topics. 🧐🤓

I started reading a book, it's called:
F. Gordon “The Little Green Book”.
Unlike many poker guides, this book does not contain a description of only dry rules and strategies. The author presents his thoughts and opinions of the players. So you begin to understand faster why your rivals at the table act this way.

It seems to me that the psychology of players is one of the components and basic skills of poker.

It is interesting to watch a poker tournament and see how high-level stars act at the table. How they try to read their opponent and the actions they take for their success 🤑🧠

Do you think psychology plays an important role in poker? and what books can you recommend for poker?

Thank you all, and victories to everyone. 💰🏆🏆

Psychology is huge in poker. You can know all the math, but if you can’t control your emotions or read your opponent, you’ll struggle. One book I recommend is The Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler. It really helped me with tilt control and discipline. Also, Harrington on Hold’em is great for strategy combined with mindset.
