Pocket Jacks – Trouble Hand

Yesterday I ran into the classic JJ problem… raised preflop, got 2 callers, and the flop came K-Q-8. I froze. Ended up checking and folding to pressure. Do you guys usually push harder with Jacks or play them carefully like I did?

It all depends on the situation. I usually play aggressively with JJ or TT. But there are many nuances. You have to consider the position, the stage of the tournament, and how your opponents have played before. It's all very individual, but in most cases I play aggressively.

Hier, j'ai rencontré le problème classique de JJ : j'ai relancé préflop, j'ai été suivi par deux joueurs, et le flop est venu KQ-8. J'ai gelé. J'ai fini par checker et me coucher sous la pression. Avez-vous l'habitude de pousser plus fort avec les Valets ou de les jouer prudemment comme moi ?

If I have an average stack and out of position, I play them carefully, if I am short or chipleader, I push Allin.

For me there is a preference would be the only Jacks i would push on any other combination i play with caution,but that's just me and my superstitions .
