Playing too many hands out of position

Sometimes I feel like my biggest leak is playing too many hands out of position. What’s your best advice for improving discipline in these spots?

Slow down, breathe, take your time, analyze, study the values by position and create a strategy for the tournament stages or call home to play!

Kinda underspecified, are we talking you raise and get a bunch of callers, or you raise and get 3bet and flat, or you call in the blinds? All three are super different.

Personally I like limping oop and early position , especially with no so good hands , see if I get good odds to go on playing it . Or else it's not so good to play many hands oop and early position . But I am very carefully when oop , ready to fold
