bankroll management is highly underrated! One thing that helped me a lot was setting a maximum buy-in percentage; I never play with more than 2-5% of my total bankroll.
In addition, I keep track of each session (won or lost) to be responsible and avoid emotional decisions.
What really changed my way of thinking was treating my finances as a business and not as a bet.
What aspect of fund control do you have the most problems with: overspending, leaning in, or chasing losses?

I get how frustrating that feels — especially after starting off with a good run. But honestly, that kind of swing is pretty normal in poker, especially in tournaments where variance plays a huge role. Even great players go through long losing stretches.

My tip for bankroll control would be to play buy-ins that are 1–2% of your total bankroll, and avoid chasing losses. It’s easy to feel like the site is against you after bad beats, but it’s often just variance. Take breaks, review hands, and try to stay emotionally balanced. You’re not alone in this!
