I only agree 50% though, sometimes loss is just objectively a result of bad luck and you can start fixing things that are not broken. Basically why the outside studying with stuff like solvers is important.

I agree, you learn as much if not more from a losing hand that you do from a winning one, even if I lose is bad luck you
need to check that you did not bring the bad luck on yourself by a bad call or by not checking you had the right pot odds.

I agree. The ability to learn from your own mistakes is very important both in your personal life and in poker. Those who learn progress. Those who don't learn are at best stagnant.
