What is AK on's true position in relation to hands like QQ, JJ, and 1010? Make a ranking.

Interesting question! Personally, I see AK more as a drawing hand compared to pocket pairs like QQ, JJ, or TT. Preflop I’d rank them as QQ > JJ > TT > AK. But the funny thing is, once the flop comes, AK can suddenly look like the boss if it hits. So yeah, it’s a premium hand… but sometimes it feels like “Anna Kournikova” — looks great, but doesn’t always win 😂.

AK should be included in the same range most of the time as TT+ so individually it shouldn’t matter, just be happy you got it and play smart with it as you would do any hand.

It's a drawing hand . If you play it correctly you LL have good results overally . In online poker there are decision processes that rng rewards more , if you check how the others play , you LL learn better ways on how to play AK and you'll win more with this drawing hand . It's not easy to decide , AK or QQ KK JJ . I guess it depends on the situation .

AK is on par with QQ and maybe even JJ. Def. AA and KK are better but they only show up once every 200+ hands.

So AK is great cause it has a greater frequency, plus it will dominate a lot of your opponents hands like AQ, AJ, KQ.

AkAK is good when it hits, if it doesn't hit depending on your play style it takes MTS of chips from you,

It has less equity than all of those but it doesn't make it a bad hand.

(and, psst, it does not make it a drawing hand either)

They're more or less the same, but pocket pairs are definetely more preffered in push-fold short stacks

Vs this range AKo has a 2% equity advantage over TT--the tighter this range becomes the better AKo is compared to TT--- if it is a tight range TT+ A5s ATs+ KJs+ KQo---AKo has 10% more equity than TT-- AKo has 60% equity vs that range.
The wider the V range TT has slightly more equity---but never 10% more than AK

It's not just about having an AK and where you're positioned, there are other factors to consider as well.
Right?

...A-K in relation to the other hands, except A-A and K-K, is flipping most of the time (48% x 52%)... and can still be dominating hands like A-Q, A-J... depending on the player and the moment of the tournament even A-T, A-9, A-8... A-7 less...
