72 triple draw question?

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, ive googled and i cant find anything.
What happens in 72 triple draw if the dealer runs out of cards because of so many people drawing.
Or even in 72 single draw at a 6 man table, what happens if everyone stays in and draws 5?? That would be 60 cards

I'd guess they reshuffle the mucked cards. Similar case in 7 card Stud or Omaha, when everyone stays till the river, is dealt with by making last round (maybe 2 last rounds) community cards. Which might be where the idea for
all community card games originated.

Yeah I was playing on a play money stud table the other day and they dealt 7th street in the middle to give one guy quads and another a straight flush. Boy was the quad guy pissed.
