I don't know if this is the correct category to talk about it, in that case I'll ask a moderator to put the post in the right place. I played Cardschat Silver on GG Poker and it took me out of the game 3 times, once with a pair of aces, another time for 1 minute, and then for almost 10 minutes with 19,000 chips in the middle game. Miraculously, with two blinds, I managed to qualify and secure a spot in the top 15, but these things are annoying. It wasn't my internet, because 888 Poker ran on my cell phone, and otherwise, it wouldn't work, no matter how much mobile data I had.
I'm currently playing in an 888 Poker tournament, and that's what I justify it with. I'm clarifying this because these things undermine a client's credibility, and it would be good if they could check if it's a mistake. Regards, Poison

You have to probably write GG directly but because it was only a freeroll i would wait and/or make a reinstallation and see if the problem persist.
