Its micro bro could be 96 of spade or 22 lets be real haha SLAM DONK CALL unless i know the other player know how to play hahaMaking an assumption we are the micros, players do not 4 bet bluff, their range is very tight, and at worst AQs+ JJ+, are they ever 4 betting 99??? Almost never ever. You may get some spewy crazy guys, but if you haven't identified one then they're not one, or you should be paying more attention
So this is annoying, but has to be a fold.
Micro means the ranges are tighter, not wider. Its micro bro could be 96 of spade or 22 lets be real haha SLAM DONK CALL unless i know the other player know how to play haha![]()
pair 10 is also a strong hand, but I need more data to make a correct judgment, including how many bb chips you have in total. How many chips have entered the pot?I have pockets 10s at bb post vs co raising to 12bb. I made a 3 bet and co made a 4 bet. I all in my hands and do shows pocket aces. Do I need to fold when he 4 bets me?
Even the action is not clear. Did CO open raise to 12BB, or was it Hero, who 3-bet to 12BB? The latter would be pretty standard, but the first situation is so unusual, it makes no sense to talk about a general strategy for it, since its completely dependent on, which reads we have on the opponent. If he is playing stats like VPIP 72 / PFR 43 and open raise to 12BB, then I would probably just jam TT even for 100BB and let him make a decision for all the chips. But if he is playing stats like VPIP 11 / PFR 9 and do the same thing, I would not put in a 3-bet, and I might even fold.underspecified; we need stakes and stack sizes.
Yes players who play on micros seriously in general have a tighter range than on higher levels.Micro means the ranges are tighter, not wider.
You don’t gotta fold TT to a 4-bet , only if you know the CO is tight and the stacks are deep....I have pockets 10s at bb post vs co raising to 12bb. I made a 3 bet and co made a 4 bet. I all in my hands and do shows pocket aces. Do I need to fold when he 4 bets me?
Are you playing cash table or tourney? Also how many BBs did you start the hand with?I have pockets 10s at bb post vs co raising to 12bb. I made a 3 bet and co made a 4 bet. I all in my hands and do shows pocket aces. Do I need to fold when he 4 bets me?
Come on mantin. We don't know enough information to give a real response?!? 4 bets can happen with any range depending on the player alone.Yes — most of the time a 4-bet from CO at 12bb stacks is extremely strong, often AA/KK. With TT, you’re usually crushed, so folding is the best play.
Naah, from my experience maniacs and calling stations are 75% of the field. Though I play the lowest micro MTTs, maybe the field is different.Micro means the ranges are tighter, not wider.
Wider calling for sure, but wider preflop jamming?Naah, from my experience maniacs and calling stations are 75% of the field. Though I play the lowest micro MTTs, maybe the field is different.
Ehh, happens. There are enough maniacs that bluff every second hand and even the notorious calling stations who usually jam very good hands will often jam with garbage just because it looked good.Wider calling for sure, but wider preflop jamming?
Yes he raised to 12bbDid CO straight up open raise to 12BB? Thats highly unusual, and I think, TT is just a call or maybe even a fold in that situation, given that you are out of position. Was this a live game or online?
