I explained it to you in detail. The withdrawal was successful. But after that withdrawal, your specialists blocked my Skrill withdrawal method. Now I can't withdraw money to my Skrill account.

Its been many moons now @888Rep . I have been on holiday and come back again. I still have had no response from 888 despite you forwarding my query 3 times. I received 1 email acknowledging my issue and that it was being looked into. I %100 believe that it isnt. I have no way of contacting 888 support and am starting to believe they dont even exist. Please prove me wrong and provide us with an email where an email train can happen. What is my solution? How can my issue ever be resolved. Im starting to lose hope with 888.... Acc: Noodeloo

After that, on August 28, I received a message from your colleagues stating that there was a problem with my withdrawal, and therefore they were blocking further withdrawals to my Skrill account, even though there was no problem and I had received the funds. The 888 specialists blocked my Skrill withdrawal method, even though there was no problem and I received the funds. As of now, I have no available withdrawal methods, as my Skrill account was unjustifiably blocked by your specialists.

I know many people who have had their Skrill blocked and no one has had it unblocked, don't waste your time and look for another way to transfer money.

a fruitless task. The email was received and mentions doesnt look at any relevant periods and everything else ive ever mentioned is missing from the response. Why have i sometimes received reake back and now i havent revceived any in 12 months or so, so INFURIATING that the level of communication is you @888Rep are the only person who gets my complaint heard, and then it just gets completely overlooked and ignored because they are just " looking into my rakeback request" which is wrong , I want to know why i havent received any rakeback in 12 months . something is wrong with their auto generate algorithm because im not included and ive met the requirements many times . My complaint and issue i feel have noit even been heard @888Rep and rememebr this issue is ongoing of over 10 months of trying to communicate with support. REDICULOUS imo . its not support at all , the worst support ive ever received. I get the same stock answers worse than chat gpt , probably is....

More and more players are having problems with withdrawals! If the deposit was made and you accepted it, why do you want and look for reasons to block players' money? The same method for deposit is also for withdrawal on all platforms! Only here you have extra conditions, and requests are only answered with another request!!! Maybe, maybe you'll give up! Very ugly!"

May i also ask @888Rep - Why are we even having to go through this route here where you are passing on peoples messages. ITs confusing as to why support cant be contacted directly and why there is no portal to or email to send complaints/suggestions to. Do you know why this is the case? Why is it so hard to have decent communication with anyone in support?

All you need to do is click on the question mark at the top righthand side of the poker lobby and speak to AMANDA and that is direct and you should get it sorted out.

Why change the terms of withdrawal? If I deposit money and I have met the conditions then why do you want other withdrawal conditions? Put everything that interests you from the beginning and if the players are eligible to deposit money, they must also withdraw them!!! It has created your suspicions, questions, various problems with withdrawals and you will lose many players for these reasons! I am waiting for a clear answer that I will know if it is worth wasting my time on this site again!
It is not as simple as that as we are obliged by governments to do these checks for fraud and money laundering purposes and if we do not we will get big fines of millions of pounds.

Then do these things from the start! Don’t accept deposits first and only afterwards come up with demands and conditions! There’s no excuse!

All you need to do is click on the question mark at the top righthand side of the poker lobby and speak to AMANDA and that is direct and you should get it sorted out.
That is NOT direct. Few weeks ago that button did nothing, and now it simply takes user to:

After your action I was contacted promptly and asked for more details. So I gave them and received an answer the next day claiming that the points are on my account. Except if that would have been the case I would have been pushed to the next level (because of these points) and there would have been 5 gold tokens for me to collect.

I sent a follow up message three days ago and clearly they decided simply to ignore it.
I couldn't care less about the points or tokens, but I do care about fairness and doing the right thing.
But how could I trust this site with more important matters since you fail even on trivial things? It is not your fault, you are merely a go between.

Since 888 chooses to ignore me I am happy to return the favour.

As you can see, they advised me to make a deposit using Skrill. I did, but it didn't help. Skrill still did not appear among the available withdrawal methods.

Obviously, they did not fully understand the issue. The Skrill withdrawal method is blocked directly by 888 specialists, and simply making a deposit will not help. I need one of your specialists to look into my problem in more detail and unblock this withdrawal method for me.

The funny thing is that I don't have Skrill, I want to withdraw $65 by bank transfer, they charged me $5 for the transfer and they ask me for the details of the person who transferred it to me, "virtual global", that is, 888 Poker, and they tell me that the details have already been sent to me, I check the previous withdrawal and I still haven't received that data, the thing is that the transfer was cancelled and I don't know if I have to pay $5 again, but if 888 doesn't send me transfer documentation I won't be able to withdraw, so... what's the problem, skill or the transfer?
