I folded pocket kings to one of my best friends…we were playing $1-3 at the Bellagio…I would never have folded to a complete stranger, but I knew his game and he knew mine…he showed pocket aces…later that session, he folded pocket kings to my pocket aces.

I often had to fold AA and KK if it was obvious from the cards on the table that my opponent had a strong hand, which was a shame, but it was better than losing.

I folded pocket aces three months ago. I hit a full house with AQ on the board but folded on the river to my opponent’s push. I thought it was either a straight flush or a bluff, because there was nothing else he could push with. Turns out, it was a straight flush.
