For myself, it's always the variety of tournaments on offer plus the effective value for money for both entry and prize money.
Bonuses to be honest have disappeared for a few years now to any real valued extent and its geared towards to heavy payer/player (even then its not great).
I leap to play when I see good value at sensible times of play, the days of when I would cash game late to get the action are long gone.

But what got me to play on the sites initially, which later lead to the deposit, were:
