pokerstars layout has changed since last time i played it 6 months ago. Does anyone know how to creat notes on players now?

Hey! Sorry for the late reply. I just checked on my PokerStars client. It might be a bit different than yours, but for me, I right click on the player's name/place-marker at the table. Here I hovered and right clicked over LTRooba. You can see after I added notes, they were highlighted in yellow:
