When I first load up HEM I get this:

An error occurred when retrieving the imported file list: Exception of type
'System.Outofmemoryexception' was thrown

When trying to filter my preflop hands and look through previous hands I get the message in the attachment:

One final thing, I'm pretty sure HEM deletes my notes from pokerstars after every session, how do i change this?

I have had the same error message when using
HEM, what I tend to do is click on Quit and then close and
then reopen HEM and it seems to work
ok then

I have never found out what is causing this and
would also be grateful if anyone has found out
what is causing this, but the above method
works for me ok, hope it helps

I have only ever got this message when trying to view all my hands at once (~150k). As said already, make sure your HEM and postgreSQL are both up to date with the latest versions. I have no idea why HEM would be erasing your notes though. Have you tried emailing their support?

Something was deleting my notes file too, but on FT. It couldn't have been HEM because it was closed, but luckily I have it backed up. I would restore it, both HEM and FT were closed, and then I could see it getting deleted... And no I'm not hacked, my computer is probably more secure than all but a few CC'ers

What do you think it was then for the notes?

I have no clue, it hasn't done it for me for quite a while now, so who knows.
