There are few chances in one game, because a lot depends on luck, but if you play in hundreds of tournaments where you are competitive, then you can win.

Let's take as an example one poker game with 1000 players, $100 entry fee and 100 prize seats and let's play this game 100 times.

How would you prepare for this poker marathon and what would your odds be?
The key to success lies in discipline, patience and adherence to bankroll management. All these three components are very important and if luck is on your side, you will have a chance to become a profitable player.

The key to victory in poker lies in a combination of factors: disciplined bankroll management, understanding the game's fundamentals, reading opponents, and adapting strategies. Patience is crucial; waiting for the right hands and situations to make calculated moves. Emotional control prevents tilt and poor decisions under pressure. Continuous learning, reviewing past hands, and studying the game ensure constant improvement. Victory comes from balancing skill, strategy, and psychological warfare, turning opportunities into wins through consistent, smart play.

One of the main poker skills is understanding odds. This skill will help you better decide which cards to play and when to discard cards. You should consider what kitchenware will happen to make the best decisions.

Experience is everything, besides studies, but studies without experience are not meaningful.

First of all, with the amount of players, you would have to have some strategy, so as not to fall too early and a lot of patience, throughout the game

To begin with I wouldn't buy into a game for that Price unless I had a Bankroll of over $10,000. Now that is a Poker Bankroll that I only use for Poker, Don't get me wrong I have Bought into the odd game costing me $50/$100 but never On-line, and they were Special Live Events.
But to do them everyday would be too much for my BR balance. You do get better players at those kind of buy-ins, So experience goes a long way when you are playing them regularly. Personally I don't need to make money from playing Poker because It will only ever be a Hobby for me, but at the same time I want a Hobby that pays for itself. If it was costing me money, I would certainly think long and hard about doing it at all.
I feel the secret to being a profitable player is to set your boundaries, stick to them religiously, and don't try to fly before you can walk. I have had some bad days where I couldn't make the money in any game I played, I have also had days where I made the money in every game I played. But sticking to a Strategy that works for me, means I am never losing more than 10% of my Bankroll in any one day.
If you deposit $100 Dollars. then playing anything over $10 buy-in is just Dumb! Stick to buy-ins that are 1% or 2% of your deposit and it gives you something to work with, and Yes it is work, Hard Work! But if you are passionate about trying to make a living from the game, then you have to be aware of your losses as well as your Victories!
I wrote everything very correctly)) the only thing I can add is do not play for money that you are not ready to lose ...))

Once one is a decent MTT player the key is putting in a lot of volume. To get too the point where one is a decent MTT player there are a lot of keys(see below).

1) Patience
2) Mental toughness/tilt control
3) Bankroll management
4) Game selection
5) Poker knowledge(a simple(TAG style will take one quite a long ways if he's good at the first 4 things listed and has #6 listed)

The key to success is self-improvement, patience, perseverance and discipline. No matter what you do, no matter what profession you choose, these four factors, self-improvement, patience, perseverance and discipline, will always play a crucial role.
