What's your favorite poker variant?

For me, my favorite poker variant is Texas Hold'em. Besides being popular and widely played, its simplicity, fast pace, and emphasis on aggression are very appealing. Despite its initial simplicity, Texas Hold'em offers a wide variety of strategies and tactics, making it challenging and engaging for experienced players.

When you cant seem to get a good hand IN NLH, I tend to turn to Razz, where the lowest hand wins.
It totally flips your instincts and forces you to think differently about “good” and “bad” cards.

I typically play NLH but there's something about RAZZ that I enjoy on the rare chances I get to play. Part of it was because back in the day on full tilt poker, I cashed in a RAZZ freeroll tournament on my first try. I've been hooked ever since!

For me, it's definitely Texas Hold'em. I love its blend of strategy, math, and psychology; every hand is a new puzzle to solve. But I also enjoy exploring other variations like Omaha or Stud to refresh and hone my skills.

Pot-limit Omaha, I agree! It's my favorite variant after Texas Hold'em. But it's a shame that the poker rooms where I play have very few Omaha tournaments.

Yes indeed, not alot of poker sites have Omaha tournaments, only a few.
And the ones I've seen aren't really exciting because they have bad prize poola

I agree, PLO4 is the best poker game for me too. The only problem is that every time someone gets two connected cards, they just start raising like crazy 😂. It makes the game wild, but I guess that’s also what makes it fun.

My favorite type of poker is No Limit Texas Hold'em. I would even say that it is the only poker I play.

PLO,I used to play a lot more, but I'm having problems playing at 888poker, when I open the PLO table the site closes, but I'm starting to play PLO at GGpoker.

My favorite is still NLHE, mainly because it’s the game I started with and where I feel most comfortable. But I also enjoy mixing in some PLO — the action is crazy and keeps things interesting. Haven’t played much PLO8 yet, but it looks like a great mental challenge!
