What is your favorite hand and why?

Every hand is a winner, and every hand is a loser, and the best you can hope for is that you die in your sleep.

But honestly it's a strategy game, I wouldn't sacrifice a queen because I like the rook piece more... so my favourite hand is the combo that makes the stone cold nuts, whatever that may be in any given situation.

I also like suited connectors more than some premium hands- my favorite hand is JTs.. with some premium hands(especially Aces), you usually mostly end up losing big pots and when you win you pick up mostly small ones(with AA for example you block so many other premium hands that you want to be up against, like AK/ AQ... so you can't be way too aggressive preflop and scare your opponent/-s, and if the flop runs like 932 rainbow can/ should you fold AA if your opponent shoves?! KK is another top hand most players have tough time with- online it became known as the 'cursed hand' lol- it's tough to lose with the 2nd best starting hand in NLHE, but IMO most people don't know the equity in some spots.. for example KK vs. A3s is 67% - 33% * that's a big reason many top players like to 3-bet/ 4-bet with a suited Ace to steal in some spots- blocking Aces helps too...); so that's why, nowadays, when the stacks are 50BBs+ deep(both CGs/MTTs), I prefer having any suited connectors instead of some premium hands... actually, like a few other members said above- after many years playing the game, I like any combo that gives me the winning hand- even 72o lol...

My favorite playing cards are KQ, it's the hand with which I won my first hundred euros in a free tournament on a poker platform that doesn't have any freerolls on cardschat now, but in the past it did, in 2006 it was this win.😉
