What got you into poker?

I was always around card games for money my parents played cards every Friday ,Saturday and Sunday. Being around the other people brought there kids over and we started to playing are own games. That was over 60 years ago.

It was a friend at university who introduced me to the game and we used to play regularly.

Happened when it all kicked off with the whole poker boom and I really go into it.

Been playing ever since.

I was watching TV 17 years ago and a final table of a wsop event was on espn. I thought the game so interesting that I learned to play poker on that same day.

I was at a barbecue at a friend's house playing truco, a card game. When a friend's brother arrived and invited her to play poker, we accepted and explained the rules to us and started playing!
