Totally agree! Poker is very useful for our life. But I would like to focus on more than just learning to be calm. Poker also teaches us to make the right decisions. No doubt, it is highly valuable! Also in poker we can express ourselves. And this is one of the human needs.

i can very much relate to that. especially in person. poker face is a real thing. throwing chips in when your hands are shaking haha

I had a great run last week, I learned if you wait long enough and are multi-tabling, that dream hand DOES NOT take weeks or months to materialize . Just he patient , play premiums, and very often you will have double-ups against opponents who have something too good to fold

I am talking cash games…..MTT I am steadily improving, but all the patience in the world can’t help you many days, so much variance , doing the “right” thing doesn’t work as often as it should
