If you could play one poker game with any professional, past or present, who would you choose and why?

I would choose Jason Koon. He’s one of the best all-around players today, especially in high rollers and short deck. What I like most about him is how he combines theory with discipline — he plays the modern game at the highest level, and that would be a huge challenge and a great learning experience.

On top of that, he seems like a very respectful and professional guy at the table. I think playing with him wouldn’t just be about competing, but also about getting insights into how he thinks about the game. That kind of experience could be just as valuable as the hands themselves.

Phil Ivey. Hes the most intemidating in my opinion, and just looks like a fun guy to play some poker with.

I think I'd choose Daniel Negreanu, just because his friendliness and talking might help me learn a few things. I would have loved to play with Doyle (RIP) and hope he told some of his stories.
