What is the best time or times in a tournament to win the most chips and against what types of players?

I think that, based on what I have studied so far, the best time to put pressure on players is in the ITM bubble, in the FT bubble and always punish the players who bet on the Big Blind, also called Limpers... does anyone have another opinion?

I agree with your opinion and would add it is good to try for more chips from the short stacked players at the prize increase bubbles.

Yes, excellent comment... besides the short stacks, the mid stacks can also be under a lot of pressure... thanks for the message.
