Sleeping some time before a MTT can help me to stay awake more.
Yeah, it happen often that I miss some hands because I fall asleep short period of time . When a MTT you like to play very much , only happen 1x time a day and at a late time then you have to simply to go to bed when you know you wont be able to play it all.
Imagine you running very well, you chip lead till you fall asleep and wake up out of blind.
