Yes 6, better because you play more hands.
I usually prefer 6-max too. The pace is quicker, you get to play more hands, and there’s more room to apply pressure. Full ring can be good for a slower, more patient style, but for me 6-max hits the perfect balance between
How many players do you prefer on your table ? I usually like 6 players table.
Love the small tables, like head up with 3 or 4 but the tournament tables are also fine for me...

The more the merrier for me. I began playing tourneys on ten player tables at Foxwoods, and the closer the number of players is to that the happier I am. :)

3. The less the better. I want to get to the money quickly. Cut out the middleman.

I usually play at tables of 9 people, in the options there are only 8 people, but personally I prefer to play with only 6 people, less people, more information, more hands

It's hard to play a lot of 6-max tables, better where you have 8-9.

My range of preferences matches the 6MAX, but looking at the results, the 8MAX is by far superior.

I usually prefer 6-max tables. There's more action, you get to play more hands, and the game feels faster and more dynamic. Full-ring tables are fine too, but 6-max fits my style better.

It depends. In MTT tournaments, I prefer 6-9 players. In Sit & Go tournaments and cash games, 4 players.

I guess it depends how fast I want to play. 6 max in cash games plays faster. If you have a good hand it's less likely that it will get cracked. So cash games I mostly prefer 6 max. In tournaments, though, you need to be more aggressive because the blinds come faster and you can't afford to wait for pocket aces. And if you just don't get dealt any good hands or at least playable hands you get blinded out very fast. And that is why for larger buy in tournaments I prefer to play 8 handed and a deep structure in order to have enough chips to play some poker.

Because I only play Tournaments, I prefer a table of 8 or 9.
Of course, on Spins & Go you are only 3 players. That 's an exception.

8,9 - you can play more hands into the game because your stack will not be taken by BB, SB so often.

4-max gives you that fast, aggressive vibe : pure adrenaline.
6-max is all about balance: action, reads, and constant adaptation.
Full ring (8-9 players) rewards patience and discipline : every decision matters a little more.
For me, the table size changes the entire rhythm of the game.

For me it depends on what I'm playing, 8 is too slow for cash, but just right for tournaments.
