Usually when I have good cards, and on the flop I don't get any favorable cards, I try to play more aggressively to get the rest of the people not to pay and get something back, and if it doesn't, buy back and play slowly.

Some days it just goes against you. And when that's playing on your mind, you make more mistakes, because you think you need to change your strategy. Best to cut your losses and come back another day. Then you can concentrate on watching your TV programme!

You should research positive thinking a bit. Its not really that much applicable to the outside source like poker but it is to your mind. You can make better decisions when you re devoided of any distractions. When it comes to slumps they happen. Its just probability. But when you play how you re supossed to play it can be brought down to a minimum. You just need to push through it, maybe even get a short rest from poker

PokerBros app rigged

How rigged is PokerBros..it’s disgusting and makes you think you need to completely reevaluate everything you know about poker when it’s you getting screwed by the App..I don’t think it’s rigged for certain players I think it’s just rigged for action...it’s not even like it’s a maybe type of thing...it’s blatant and obvious I would just like some reassurance by other players who have played on this app...the only thing good about the app is my agent who is a stand up guy who gives great rakeback.....if it weren’t for him I would have deleted app long ago..please reply people

With the time passing by you will get use to it. That's it.
There is no need for distraction, you now the rules of the game and the first and only rule in poker is: There is no rules, its cards.
As soon you grow up faster, and accept that fact, better will be for you.
Now imagine you have 50M $ in your bank.
Go for a cash game at 1M $, having bad day and getting weak hands all the time.
You are losing 1M $, now the question is what next?
Let's try to win that back? This will be answer to I would say 80% maybe more from the "players".
This crucial thing separate "players" from "pro's".
In one day you might be go for another 1M and lose it that one too, because you are so tilted, you don't listen, don't see clear and only thing in your mind is how to get back the first one.
For 1 year with this kind of mind set up, you will be on the "looking for job" list.
So even sounds to hard for a player to quit when there is "no luck", that shouldn't be, because everybody in the game have some time with bad cards.
Remember poker can't be played only with AA, AK, JJ your job is to make 2 9 look like AK, now doing that requires a ton of learning, practicing etc.
They say: Poker is learned in 5 min and mastered lifetime. Please remember that.
Other time when you're on a bad session, just press the X button and you're done.
Having that problems in the past me personally.
When you wash up all your bankroll and stand up the other day you will know that you should been that person with strong and powerful word, but now its too late.
So be like yourself when you are truly that person.
What this mean? You're brain need to be in the Beta regime, when you have critical thinking about something and you are deeply analyse the information at the moment
Alpha regime drives you in craziness, fast- regrets decisions, which are adopted with high revolt and usually originate from rage.
I hope you understand something from this message. I would be satisfied if I'm able to help somebody.
Stay in good mood and health. Good "luck" at the tables too.

What a good question

What a good question, I usually stop playing for a while or else I play tournaments of less value than usual.
I also change tactics and play in other ways, sometimes it works for me.

Try to spend more time away from the table and looking at hands. I'll make note and go back too replay them. I'll even look at hands that wasn't played. Where I've folded in position or had questionable pot odds.

At some point there has to be acceptance regardless of the time away from the table. Hardest part to this game is doing everything absolutely correct without getting those results.

It is really complicated this phase, if you are playing well and you are in this phase, you have nothing to do if you don't just play and study that the results will come, even if they take time. Now if you are reviewing your game and you are playing badly then you have to give more priority to your leaks and try to correct them as soon as possible, whether you are identifying your mistake yourself, asking someone for help, studying the specific error, because if you continue only unfortunately playing your chart will only go down. But if it's just a less bad losing sequence, volume and study that success turns, GL on the tables !!!

Something from the very beginning of 2020, I have been experiencing this streak of failure. Losses are permanent for any tactics of the game. I can no longer believe in a changing situation.

I happent to me meny Times..we need to take the time to relax and see what his wrong in the that hand...play safe to stay with money. :)

I agree, stop playing for 1, 2 days and then come back. you will see that those feelings of anger, frustration will disappear and you will feel light and proud of yourself for having had emotional maturity in that exit and your bankroll will thank you.

I try to step away until my spirit feels right again and confident instead of that negative mindset

The best way to deal with the losing streak is to just take a break. A good rest will allow you to be more efficient and focused.

I think the best way is to take a brake and do something different for a while. Then come back fresh and possitive.

Sometimes taking a break can be helpful. Whether it is 1 or 2 days or a week away from the game. Just look at what Phil Galfond did. If he doesn't take that long break hard to imagine he still comes back and wins.

I play poker for more than 10 years and didn't had learn how to deal with a losing streak, but of all the things I done probably the best is take a break for 1-2 days (I use the take a break option of poker stars) to cool down your head.

How many times have you felt in the worst card streak in history? that no matter how much you play well and put your money in the best hand, the cards just don't come out as they should ... or how many times do you decide to go all in pre flop with KK and your opponent pays immediately with AA? ... Well I think this has happened to all of us and not just once but several times, the question is ... what do you do to stay calm and focused when you are right in the middle of a very bad streak? ... apparently I am falling in one right now and I would like to read your advice or anecdotes .... Here he goes as I manage (if you can call him that) the bad streaks ... 1. I stop watching TV while I play (lol) 2. I stop using the semi-bluff so frequently. 3. When I go on tilt I prefer to run or go for a beer ... 4. I curse my luck !!! haha Comment ... Cheers
If the entrance to the tournament is expensive, then, as usual, at the beginning the increase goes 2-3 times, and then the card just doesn’t go until the buy-in hits me. I just don’t know what to do in such a situation.
