I've taken breaks like this before because I was mentally very tired and it really worked.

Yes, there was a time when I played very recklessly. I lost a lot of money because of it. I didn't play for two years and started again. Since then, my bankroll has been growing slowly but steady.

I’ve stepped away a few times, and every return felt like I had fresh eyes and better discipline. Burnout is real — especially with the emotional swings poker brings. Sometimes the best way to level up is to pause, reset, and come back hungry.

Yes, a break helps me. Sometimes I work for two or three days. Then you come back with a new vision and strength, calm and balanced.

It turns out that I hadn't played for a long time, and soon after I got back into the game, my mind felt lighter and I had a greater capacity for reasoning. I believe that playing poker requires a very calm mind to be able to think in a complex way about the decisions to be made.

Yes, I haven't played online in a long time. Never been much of a believer in online poker ( the security of it). I recently decided to try some CC free rolls.
