It's better to choose coffee, as energy drinks contain a lot of sugar and harmful additives that negatively impact health, especially tooth enamel and the pancreas, while increasing the risk of obesity and other diseases. Coffee without additives is a low-calorie and safe choice for improving concentration and alertness, while energy drinks provide a short-term but excessively intense burst of energy.

Every grinder’s got their fuel.
Some need that slow, focused caffeine from a good cup of coffee.
Others go full throttle with energy drinks heart racing, mind sharp, ready for war.

I drink 2 cups of coffee a day and 1 cup of tea in the evening.

A regular cup of coffee (about 2 dl) contains about 100 mg of caffeine, while a can (about 3.3 dl) of energy drink can contain 105–180 mg of caffeine or more (200!)
The recommended maximum amount of caffeine per day for an adult is 400 mg.
