This is a truthful answer, respect! And then some people start telling fables about the highest non-monetary meaning of poker.I get a kick out of making $ out of the air,,,,starting with 0,then building it up! :ciao: It's fun!
I don't play for money, but for love, fun and hobbythe main thing is the profits
but why do you play poker?
So you've already given the main reason - profit. I would never play poker just for fun, as there are much more interesting things to do. Poker gives the hope of financial independence, gives the hope of collecting enough money for a good life.the main thing is the profits
but why do you play poker?
for me, money is the only thing to still clicking buttons all daysthe main thing is the profits
but why do you play poker?
Viewing activities like climbing mountains, running marathons, or playing poker as personal challenges rather than solely focusing on winning reflects a growth mindset. It's about continuous improvement, pushing your limits, and celebrating progress along the way. It's not just about the end result, but also about the journey and the personal growth that comes with it. Keep embracing the challenges and celebrating every milestone you achieve! Why do people climb Mountain's, or run Marathon's? Because it is a Challenge! I don't want to Win every MTT I play (would be nice) I just want to do well and finish higher than I did in my last game. Every time I can make the Money bubble I know I have done well, A win, no matter how small the Prize is, It is a win!
If I came in tenth place in a Marathon, I don't think about the nine that beat me, I think about all the other runners I beat to get that place, and if I had never got higher than twentieth in previous race's I feel I have beaten my previous best place. That is an achievement in it's self.
Poker for me is never about the Money, it is about how well I do when I play!
