The most beautiful card game is Bridge!

I played this game with friends quite often when I was at school. I wouldn't say it's difficult. It has some specific features, but in my opinion, this game is much simpler than poker

Playing for fun is one thing, and playing competitively is another! This game is the most complex of all! Look at how many manuals exist, what competitions there are, etc. Not many manage to perform well because it requires excellent memory, multiple knowledge of game systems, various signals, playing positions (vulnerable, not vulnerable, all vulnerable, none vulnerable), and much more...

Bridge can get really serious when played with players who know the optimal strategy.

My English grandmother used to invite some friends for tea and cucumber sandwiches and play all evening on Saturdays.

You need to know one important thing about the game of Bridge: the battle to win the auction, which leads to the second part when the contract must be fulfilled. If you fail to achieve what you bid, you’ll be penalized; if you succeed, you’ll be rewarded with points; and if you make one or more tricks above the contract, you’ll earn even more points! BUT if other players have bid a contract called a Slam, and your team hasn’t bid that Slam but only made extra tricks, then you’ll lose a lot of points and end up toward the bottom of the ranking. I say this game is the most beautiful because luck doesn’t matter — more precisely, you can have hands with cards under 10 and still win if you bid correctly and push the auction through various systems…
