I need help ! How soon do u know if your hand is good or not. I seem to hold on to a bad hand until the river washes me away. Seems like i am always one card away from that good hand.

Simple, just read the board. What are the 4 Best hands Possible and where does you hand stack up.

Are there any possible drawings hand like straights or flushes that can beat you if they catch?

If the prefolp bets aren't too high, I decide on the flop. Then, if it looks good, I usually check to see what the bets are. If they aren't that high, I'll call. If everyone checks, defintely call but be careful, someone could be slow playing a good hand. The turn is usually the most common decider of whether to fold or stay in. You have to rely on your own judgement so choose wisely.
