I am. It literally had me sitting out, but was still taking money from me playing the
hands for me. Foul every hand.
I closed the software, and reopened it after losing the first 2 hands to everything gone except $7.10. So my whole buy-in of $20 gone.

It is a common mistake of players that they are not aware that it is not always possible to leave an OFC game. It depends on the stage of the game.
Is it possible that this happened?
Or is he fully familiar with OFC rules, and still believes something happened incorrectly?
