NLP

Just wondering if people are familiar with Neuro Linguistic Programming and the benefits it has for us budding poker stars. I have been studying it for a while due to my psychology background and it really is worth a look.
Now I'm not saying its a subject that will provide you with wonderful hours of entertainment but it will give you an insight into reading people that is invaluable.

I think there might be something to this but be advised there are those who dispute the whole NLP concept. Here are some links:
