Frequency: how often do you raise from the SB?

In my case, it is probably 30%, or even less. Position is of course important, but I never forget my cards and they are crucial to me in any decision I make.

On the SB against open raises from any position, in most cases you should either 3-bet or fold unless you have a hand that catches flops well and there is no additional motivation to get a fish in the pot in the BB.

I just randomly three bet these dudes with a mix of premium hands and junk. With the hands that flop well, I don't mind just calling and seeing a flop. Though I mix in threebets there too. I will have position I don't mind them raising from SB. Free money thank you.

Anytime you do something 100% of the time you are gonna be exploitable.
